Worn brushes cause irreparable damage to your products and increase your reject rate. Our regarnished brushes stand out versus all competitors: (1) we use only cotton cord, therefore our brushes are much lighter in weight versus steel-corded brushes. With cotton cord, brushes are less densly lined than on a steel cord, therefore less damaging to your product with no dirt stuck inbetween the brushes. We also avoid steel cords because they rust and leave rust particles onto your final product !
When the rated life span of the roller brush expires, e.g. wornout surfaces, you can have the brush re-garnished with new bristles. Thanks to hand made manufacture, you receive a fully reconditioned, individually inspected roller brush like new.
Examples of different wear: Total wear, corrosion of the roll body or inclusion of foreign objects.
Due to our unique bristling system, there is achieved a streak-free and absolutely uniform brushing result. Fully electronic, dynamic balancing ensures smooth running of the production machines and contributes significantly to a low-maintenance operation.
